Nick has been in the food vending industry since he was a teenager, getting his start working alongside his mom and grandmother in the family food business. From an early age, he learned the hard work, long hours, and dedication it takes to succeed in street food and mobile vending. By the age of 18, as food cart vending laws and regulations began to change, Nick saw an opportunity to evolve with the industry instead of being left behind.
What started with small hot dog steaming carts quickly grew into larger, full-sized drivable grilling carts and mobile food operations. Over the years, Nick operated multiple carts at busy streets, fairs, festivals, and large-scale events throughout Southern California, gaining firsthand knowledge of the food vending world from every angle. Through years of hands-on experience, he developed a deep understanding of health department requirements, equipment functionality, workflow efficiency, and what vendors truly need to operate successfully.
As the industry continued to grow, Nick began building and customizing carts for his own operations. What started as personal projects soon turned into a passion and full-time business. Today, he specializes in designing and manufacturing a wide variety of custom food trucks, food carts, trailers, and CMFO carts, helping vendors and businesses bring their concepts to life with practical, high-quality builds designed for real-world use.
